Psychological Barriers of Students in the Study of Legal English

The article examines the main factors of emergence psychological barriers among law students in study English. Based on works Russian and foreign pedagogical researchers, essence concept “psychological barrier” is determined, difficulties arising process professionally oriented teaching English higher education are described. survey conducted Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) identified reasons for Legal their subcategories. Particular attention paid to strategies effective work teachers overcome create an optimal educational space successful mastering English, namely, timely identification affecting barriers; modeling communicative situations that motivate each student express opinion a language.
